Retail Global, Australia's most trusted eCommerce and retail conference organiser now accepts Shping Coin (SHPING) as payment for their conferences.

With many major brands and retailers in Australia as well as around the world attending these conferences, the adoption of Shping Coin as a payment option would provide more opportunities for brands to become familiar with blockchain technology, cryptocurrency and Shping's future role in retail.

Information such as detailed ingredient and provenance information, creative content marketing, videos, product reviews, product recall status and authenticity checks are aggregated and revealed to users of the Shping app about the products they are considering at the critical point of purchase.

Participating brands must purchase Shping Coins to incentivise consumers to participate in campaign activations managed through the Shping platform. Shping Coins can be purchased through the live Shping Token Crowdsale which is due to conclude on the 23rd of March, 2018.

Volchek advises that brands and retailers who have not acquired Shping Coins through the Token Sale will have to purchase them through the open market to run their Shping campaigns in the future but warns that the price of these coins may vary wildly.

Shping Coins acquired by Retail Global could be exchanged via a cryptoexchange for local fiat or other cryptocurrencies in the future. SHPING can also be sold or gifted to participating brands as they could use these coins for their consumer engagement campaigns through the Shping Platform.
