Retirement LLC Completes Merger with Dana Consulting Group, Ltd. and Expands Its TPA Services Offering

OKLAHOMA CITY, Jan. 29, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Retirement, LLC, based in Oklahoma City, OK, today announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to merge the third party administration (TPA) practice of Dana Consulting Group, Ltd., of Chicago, IL, into Retirement, LLC. The transaction closed in January 2013.  

Dana Consulting Group and its affiliate, Jennings Law Firm, Ltd., is an alliance of knowledgeable and experienced retirement plan associates and attorneys who provide comprehensive and coordinated legal and consulting services for sponsors of tax-qualified retirement plans. Since their formation in 1993 by attorney and CPA Lee T. Jennings, the firms have been a strategic partner to attorneys, accountants and financial consultants who advise companies on using their retirement plans as wealth accumulation tools for their owners and other key personnel and as incentive plans for all employees.
