Retrofit Expands Sales Team with Seasoned Industry Professionals
Talent to Grow Presence in Weight-Management and Disease-Prevention Space
CHICAGO, April 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Retrofit, a leading provider of weight-management and disease-prevention solutions, today announced it has expanded its sales team with three strategic hires. Dr. Susan Haluzan, CCWS, has joined as an employer sales director in the West, and Matt Mrazik, RD, LDN, and Mike Tomback have come on board as partner sales directors in the East and West, respectively.

Haluzan, who is based in Phoenix, has extensive experience working with employers, government agencies and health plans to expand their mobile and digital health programs. She comes to Retrofit from Optum where she served as a solutions sales executive. Prior to that, Haluzan held key positions at Alere Wellbeing, GlobalFit and Healthways, and she practiced as a Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine.
Mrazik, who is based in the Pittsburgh area, is an experienced healthcare and medical sales professional and a registered dietitian. He comes to Retrofit from Alere, where he worked in their Wellness Solutions Group. Prior to that, Mrazik worked in a variety of roles in sales for AgaMatrix, Bayer HealthCare and Johnson & Johnson.
Tomback, who is based in the Chicago area, is a seasoned business development and consulting executive with expertise in strategic design and growth of worksite wellness and other employee benefit services. He comes to Retrofit from Provant Health Solutions where he was vice president of business development. Tomback also held key positions at Buck Consultants, Aon Consulting and Deloitte Consulting.
