Revelry Brands Acquires a Stake in Only Natural Pet Store, LLC

BOULDER, Colo., Sept. 27, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Revelry Brands (Revelry), a Boulder-based investment firm focused on providing growth-stage private equity to unique, innovative businesses in the natural foods and consumer products categories, recently announced that it had acquired a stake in Only Natural Pet Store, LLC (Only Natural Pet).  

The investment is Revelry's fourth since its founding in 2009. In addition to Only Natural Pet, Revelry has minority investments in EVOL Food, Siggi's Dairy, and Data Garden.

Only Natural Pet is a leading natural pet product and information e-commerce website complemented by a flagship store in Boulder, CO. The company was founded in 2004 by Marty Grosjean.

Revelry's investment, which closed on September 15, 2011, will be used to help Only Natural Pet grow its online customer base, build out a new wholesale brand and corresponding team, and extend its product offering to new retail outlets.

In addition, the company sells over 200 of its own, proprietary products, sold under the "Only Natural Pet" brand.
