Revelry Brands Welcomes PACT Apparel to Boulder

BOULDER, Colo., Sept. 4, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Revelry Brands (Revelry), a Boulder, CO-based investment firm focused on providing growth-stage private equity to unique, innovative businesses in the natural foods and consumer products categories, announced today that it has moved the former Sun Valley-based PACT Apparel, Inc. into its Boulder offices.

Founded in 2009, PACT is a forward-thinking apparel company obsessed with providing high quality underwear, socks and basics to people who want to express their values through purchasing power. Members of PACT's Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance functions will move into Revelry's Boulder office. The rapidly growing company plans to recruit from Boulder's extensive network of experienced, like-minded natural products talent.

Both companies have moved into Revelry's new offices, located at 2897 Mapleton Ave., Suite 100 in Boulder. Revelry's investments include PACT, Only Natural Pet Store, "I and love and you", EVOL Foods and Siggi's Dairy. Revelry acquired PACT in December 2011.
