Founded by film exhibition industry veteran, A. Dale "Bud" Mayo, Digital Cinema Destinations transforms movie theaters into digital entertainment centers that allow customers to actively engage in live events. The company is headquartered in Westfield, New Jersey.

In addition to Casey, Digital Cinema Destinations also elected Neil T. Anderson to its board of directors. During the period he was a Partner, Anderson was actively involved in corporate matters, focusing primarily on merger and acquisition transactions in the United States and internationally. Between 2000 and 2002, he served as the head of Sullivan & Cromwell's M&A practice in Europe, resident in the firm's London office.
