Rick Johnson Joins KJT Group as Vice President, Consulting Services
HONEOYE FALLS, N.Y., Nov. 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- KJT Group is pleased to welcome Rick Johnson as Vice President, Consulting Services. Rick comes to KJT Group with over 20 years of experience, successfully marketing and executing complex qualitative and quantitative research projects for public and private sector clients.
In his most recent role at JD Power, Rick was the Director of the Government and Healthcare practices, where he led a team that delivered proprietary research as well as directed all new product development efforts. He successfully launched new syndicated studies for dental plan satisfaction, Health Insurance Exchange satisfaction, Medicare Part C/Medicare Advantage satisfaction, Specialty Pharmacy and fitness center satisfaction.

Prior to JD Power, Rick served as Senior Vice President of Lake Research Partner (LRP), an opinion research firm providing qualitative and quantitative research, advanced analytics, and strategy for Federal, state and local governments, non-profits, advocacy organizations, political candidates and corporations.
Rick received a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and attended the master's degree program at the University of Chicago's Harris School of Public Policy. He also did additional graduate work as a Wilson Fellow at Princeton University's Woodrow Wilson School.
