Rift Valley Equity Partners Announces Acquisition of Crow Precision Components

NEW YORK and FORT WORTH, Texas, Sept. 30, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Rift Valley Equity Partners, LLC ("Rift Valley") announced today that it has acquired the assets of MW Crow, Inc. d/b/a W. Pat Crow Forgings through affiliated entity Crow Precision Components, LLC ("Crow" or the "Company").  Headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas, Crow is a leading manufacturer of forged metal components for aerospace, defense and industrial customers.

Since 1951, Crow has provided mission-critical components for many of the largest commercial and military aerospace platforms in the industry. Crow also produces a wide range of custom forgings for use in defense, industrial, oil & gas and power generation applications.  Crow's focus on quality through its specialized processing capabilities has established its position as a leader in the forging industry.
