An industry veteran, La Greca has a deep understanding of the ever-developing fintech environment and extensive experience addressing the needs of financial advisors and the organizations that support them.

La Greca will focus on driving enterprise revenue and market share growth for RightCapital by leading enterprise sales transformation and evolving the company's enterprise customer acquisition, retention, segmentation, brand and competitive strategies. He began his career with EISI, creator of NaviPlan, and remained with the company through its conversion to software-as-a-service (SaaS) and its rebranding as Advicent Solutions. During his tenure at Advicent, Pietro was responsible for new business development, enterprise relationship management and, most recently, served as vice president of corporate development.

In December 2018, RightCapital closed a $3.7 million Series A round led by Camellia Venture Capital. Prior funding included two rounds of seed funding totaling $2.7 million during the two years following its launch in September 2015. The company has experienced enormous growth since its founding and was selected as the top financial planning software by advisors in the T3 Tech Hub/Inside Information 2017 software survey. The firm continues to add new features and integrations and increased staff by almost threefold in 2018.
