Rise Interactive Taps Former Zenith Exec as Chief Client Service Officer

CHICAGO, Feb. 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Rise Interactive, a digital marketing agency specializing in media, analytics, and customer experience, has named Ben Hurley as chief client service officer. Hurley, whose experience includes a previous tenure running account management at Rise, most recently served as senior vice president of Publicis-owned Zenith. In his executive post, Hurley will lead the agency's client service organization.

Hurley brings extensive global experience working with Fortune 500 companies in the retail, CPG, and healthcare verticals to his position at Rise. Most recently, he led traditional and digital marketing strategy for one of Zenith's largest clients, Kohl's. While at Zenith, he also worked in the agency's London headquarters for three years, overseeing marketing strategy for a number of leading brands including Fitbit, KAYAK, Mylan, and Oracle. Most notably, he helped Fitbit become the largest wearables company across Europe and played an integral role in guiding Oracle through its digital transformation.
