To meet the needs of its growing client roster, Twisthink announces new additions to its integrated team of engineers, designers and strategists.
Twisthink welcomes lead engineer and project manager Loren Vredevoogd. A West-Michigan native, Vredevoogd previously held positions at Johnson Controls and Visteon. He brings more than 25 years of automotive software development experience to the team as well as expertise in aerospace and Windows programming.
John Bagley joins Twisthink as an electrical engineer following eight years in mechanical and systems engineering with global automobile supplier, GHSP. With his combined knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering Bagley will bring new perspectives and strengths to the Twisthink team to solve emerging client challenges.
Twisthink has also recruited new talents including Zhenmin Li and Billy Neuson. Li holds a masters of fine arts from the College of Creative Studies and has worked on high profile projects such as the Parker Fountain pen design. Billy Neuson, a graduate of Grand Valley University, joins the team full time as a computer engineer following a three-year co-op internship with Twisthink. Finally, Stacey Bauswell joins the team to help keep operations running smoothly and extending a high standard of service to clients as administrative assistant and receptionist.
With the steady growth of the company, Twisthink is expanding its internship program and expects to hire additional electrical and computer engineers by the end of the year.
Twisthink has also moved to a larger, new office in downtown Holland. The new space retains the open collaborative design with innovative details to foster creativity and integration of the team. For example, employees took part in picking custom designed and crafted desks that includes comfort with the ability to sit or stand while working. Creativity is encouraged throughout the entire office with dry-erase walls beginning at the entrance of the space, and a rooftop deck that is being converted into useable workspace for employees to utilize. The 15,000 square foot space at 48 E. 8th Street provides room for ongoing growth.
