Rise Together Foundation Seeks Community Support to Expand Opportunities for Ventura County Youth
Nonprofit aims to remove financial barriers to sports, education, mentorship and enrichment; inaugural event planned for spring 2027
VENTURA COUNTY, Calif., Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Rise Together Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to removing financial barriers for underserved youth and families in Ventura County, is inviting local businesses, donors and community members to support its mission of making opportunities more accessible to children.
Founded on the belief that a child's opportunities should not be limited by what their family can afford, Rise Together Foundation aims to provide access to sports, education, mentorship and enrichment experiences that help young people grow and succeed.
The foundation is building community awareness and developing relationships with donors and sponsors who share its commitment to expanding opportunities for Ventura County youth. Community members can get involved through sponsorships, donations and efforts to raise awareness of the organization's mission.
"We invite local businesses and community members to get involved through sponsorships, donations or helping spread the word. Together, we can give more children access to opportunities that can make a lasting difference in their lives," said Jonathan Davis, founder of Rise Together Foundation.
The foundation has postponed its inaugural event, A Night to Rise, until spring 2027. The revised timeline will allow additional time to build community awareness and develop meaningful relationships with donors and sponsors.
