VANCOUVER, Nov. 29 /PRNewswire/ - Riva Gold Corporation (TSX-V: RIV) ("Riva" or "the Company") has granted 300,000 incentive stock options to independent Directors of the Company. The options are exercisable at $1.55 per share for a period of five years expiring on November 29, 2015. The grant is subject to regulatory approval.
