Official Sign Unveil Celebration

Over the course of just a few days, September 22-24, TD Bank will change out approximately 1,500 signs at 55 locations, and unveil several new customer conveniences.  TD Bank will host an official sign unveil event on September 24, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at its West Melbourne store located at 3125 West New Haven Avenue.  The event will include a free barbecue for everyone to enjoy and a chance to open a treasure chest and win $5000!

In October, stores in TD Bank's Central Florida location will host "Days of Convenience" events to WOW! customers and mark the name change with fanfare.

Customer Conveniences and Longer Hours

To deliver on its brand promise of America's Most Convenient Bank, TD Bank will offer customer-friendly features including:

• A new, open, streamlined look and feel at its stores
• Longer hours, including seven-day banking at many stores
• Instant issue debit cards right when customers open their accounts
• Penny Arcades, coin-counting machines that are free for customers and non-customers
• Free pens, and treats for kids and dogs
• Enhanced Online Banking, including E-mail Alerts to help manage accounts and the ability to view 18 months of statements online
• Live customer service by phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year
• Access to about 1,100 stores and 2,700 ATMs from Maine to Florida.

And although the name may be changing, the features and many of the faces that have contributed to Riverside's success will remain the same. Customers will continue to benefit from the bank's commitment to local decision making and community involvement, as well as the same great service from many of the same friendly employees.

New Products and Services

On August 17, customers were mailed an Accounts & Services Guide that details changes for each account customers have registered with Riverside. During the conversion weekend of September 24-26, Riverside accounts will be changed to the TD Bank accounts that offer the right mix of features, benefits and fee structures, as outlined in their Accounts & Services Guide. Customers of Riverside will also begin to see the new TD Bank name and brand on account statements, receipts, and other forms of communication, and were also mailed new TD Bank Debit Visa®/ATM cards.
