Riverside Partners Completes Majority Investment in Thinklogical LLC in Partnership with the Company's Founders

BOSTON, March 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Riverside Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, announced today that it has acquired a majority interest in Thinklogical LLC, a leading provider of fiber optic video and KVM switching and extension products and solutions, in partnership with the Company's five founders and management team.  

Thinklogical, based in Milford Connecticut, is the leading designer and manufacturer of high bandwidth fiber matrix KVM switches and routers, video and KVM extender solutions, camera extenders and console management solutions.
