  • The small plates menu reflects a sophisticated, Mediterranean-inspired selection prepared by Chef Marius Blin of the Sofitel restaurant, Esterel.  The communal dishes encourage the convivial spirit of shared dining and thoughtfully embrace the resort setting.
  • Cocktail Chef Matthew Biancaniello takes guests on a historic journey of mixology through the famed libations of the Cote d'Azur's beloved resorts; masterfully crafted for guests.
  • Kayat Designs' setting brings to life the jovial, debonair era of the French Riviera lifestyle as realized in nostalgic1950s/60s black and white photography from the archives of Edward Quinn and an opulent drapery throughout. Uniforms designed by Couture Designer Gilbert A Chagoury.
  • Resident DJ (Fridays) – Gabriel Diggs, International DJ, Music Producer, and Radio Host. Performance art, singers, video and mixed media are more highlights. Entertainment will be provided by Zen Arts L.A.

Riviera 31 Lounge | Bar is Los Angeles' newest destination for urban sophistication and European ambiance.  The lounge is just off the hotel lobby but takes the guest miles away for a brief jaunt to the French Riviera.  Exquisite cocktails, Mediterranean small plates, headlining DJs and live entertainment provide a chic experience whether it is for an informal lunch, happy hour or night out.  Operating hours are 11 a.m. – 2:00 a.m. seven days a week. Nightly from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. the bar will feature "Apertivo", a European evening ritual which gives visitors a chance to socialize and unwind while snacking before dinner.
