Rob deViere Named Vice President, Head of Distribution & Marketing for ICW Group Insurance Companies

New Role to Drive Company's Distribution Strategy and Brand Positioning

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- ICW Group Insurance Companies announces the appointment of Rob deViere to Vice President, Head of Distribution & Marketing, overseeing the design and execution of the company's distribution strategy, brand evolution, and customer engagement across all its property and casualty insurance products and channels.

In this newly created role, deViere will support ICW Group's diversification growth initiative and lead efforts to optimize partner relationships across the company's expanding business units and product lines, ensuring a seamless go-to-market approach, marketplace clarity, and strong marketing alignment that delivers on ICW Group's mission to create the best insurance experience possible.

deViere has over 30 years of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry and began his career at ICW Group 12 years ago as a Branch Manager, leading the workers' compensation business in Florida. deViere worked his way through the ranks, eventually serving as Vice President, National Workers' Compensation Underwriting, before assuming his new role.

deViere also serves as the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the National Workers' Compensation Reinsurance Association, is a member of the Board of Governors for the Florida Workers' Compensation Joint Underwriting Association, Chair of the Missouri Aggregate Excess of Loss Mechanism, and sits on the Board of the Florida Workers' Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association. deViere is based out of ICW Group's Lake Mary, Florida office.
