Robbins-Gioia Becomes RG Under New Ownership

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- During first quarter 2017, Robbins-Gioia, Inc. has undergone a corporate transformation that included a change in ownership, refreshing its public image, and redefining its core capabilities. Effective February 2, 2017, RG5, LLC acquired 100% of the shares of Robbins-Gioia, Inc. and its subsidiaries. Now known to the public as RG, the company, as part of the recent management buyout, has revamped its website, redefined its core capabilities, and is increasing investment in its intellectual property.

Established over 35 years ago as a leader in program management in environments of immense complexity and national importance, RG delivers management and technology services, specializing in Legacy Systems Modernization, Innovation & Technology Transfer, Production Planning & Control, and Program & IT Management.
