Pedersen II as its Chairman and CEO. Mr. Pedersen, the former Chairman, CEO and co-Founder of ZAGG Inc., a publicly traded company (NASDAQ: ZAGG), also becomes a Partner in LuMee.

Mr. Pedersen has helped found, lead and develop several companies, including Del Sol, LLC, PayTeck, LLC, ZAGG Inc. (NASDAQ: ZAGG) and Endevr Inc.
He joins LuMee from Endevr, a consumer products startup company focused on health and wearable technology that he co-founded and is its current acting Chairman. Prior to Endevr, Mr. Pedersen co-founded ZAGG Inc., a mobile accessories protection company, in 2005, branding its proprietary clear protective film as the invisibleSHIELD®. The product line quickly expanded under Mr. Pedersen's leadership to include numerous other innovative solutions focused on mobile devices, including portable chargers, cases, an audio line, customized skins and tablet keyboards.
