Robert Herjavec Announced as Customer Contact Week "Shark" in New Orleans

NEW ORLEANS, Oct. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The Customer Management Practice just announced Robert Herjavec as "The CCW Shark" Keynote at Customer Contact Week. CCW, the world's largest customer contact event series, is running three iterations of the event in 2018. The first iteration of CCW will be held January 22-25 at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans. Two more "sharks" are slotted to be announced throughout the year.

Robert Herjavec will deliver his talk on Wednesday, January 24 at 9:00am. He will explore evolving technology trends, rising cybersecurity threats faced personally and professionally, share advice on how the industry can adapt to the pace of change and protect the customer experience. An invite-only meet & greet and book signing will directly follow in the CCW Exhibition Hall for his latest book, "You Don't Have to Be a Shark: Creating Your Own Success".
