Ms. Bleier has worked in healthcare starting as a nursing assistant in 1982.  In the past 30 years Ms. Bleier has held progressive positions.   Now Ms. Bleier, a published author, national speaker and trainer, and seasoned healthcare professional is the owner and operator of RB Health Partners, Inc. www.rbhealthpartners.com, which is a clinical risk and operational consulting group.  She and her team of consultants work nationally but most often in the Southeast.   She is also the co-owner of Chart Your Own Course, Ltd. Ms. Bleier is a member of key professional organizations and associations to maintain her lifelong learning passion and increase her skill set.  This includes the Florida Nurses Association; American Nurses Association; Florida Health Care Association (FHCA) and the American Health Care Association (AHCA).  Ms. Bleier served on the Florida Association of Directors of Nursing Administration (FADONA) Executive Board as the Secretary, 2^nd Vice President, and 1st Vice President from 2001 through 2011.  She earned Certification as a Director of Nursing and her Fellow status both via the National Association of Directors of Nursing in Long Term Care (NADONA). 

Ms. Bleier believes in volunteerism and therefore has participated at State and National levels.   She is currently the Chair of the FHCA Disaster Council since 2003 where she assisted in publishing materials and manuals to help long term care providers successfully navigate disasters.  She was a member on the FHCA Quality Foundation 2008 and now continues to serve in a consultant capacity.  Most recently Ms. Bleier became co-chair of the FHCA Risk Management Development Group working with Corporate Vice Presidents and like Risk Managers in the State.  She serves since 2003 on the Florida State Emergency Response Team (SERT) in long-term care and is a past member of the American Health Care Association Disaster Committee.
