Robin Ferracone and John Trentacoste of Farient Advisors Named to Prestigious 2018 NACD Directorship 100 List

NEW YORK, July 25, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Robin Ferracone and John Trentacoste – Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), respectively, of Farient Advisors, an independent executive compensation, performance and corporate governance consultancy – have been named to the 2018 National Association of Corporate Directors' (NACD) Directorship 100.

The Directorship 100 is an annual recognition of leading corporate directors, corporate governance experts, policymakers and influencers who significantly impact boardroom practices and performance.

In addition to being CEO of Farient, Ms. Ferracone serves on the Board of Trupanion, Inc., a public company, where she is the chair of Trupanion's compensation committee.  Ms. Ferracone also serves on a number of private and nonprofit boards.  She is a member of the Committee of 200, Women Corporate Directors, YPO-Gold, WorldatWork, and NACD.  This is Ms. Ferracone's eighth consecutive election to the Directorship 100.

Mr. Trentacoste, Farient's COO, was named to the list for the first time this year.
