Robocom Systems Completes Acquisition of Accord Software Inc.

FARMINGDALE, N.Y. and MARKHAM Ontario, Jan. 5, 2012  Robocom Systems International announced today the successful acquisition of Accord Software Inc., based in Concord,Ontario. The conclusion of the transaction marks Robocom's third acquisition in 2011 of supply chain execution software companies and its fourth in the past four years. "Despite the economic strain of the past few years, Robocom has continued to deliver results for our customers and remained strong," said Robocom CEO, Jon Scheumann. "This acquisition is an important expansion of our product suite and positions us for continued growth," Scheumann added.
