NetQin Mobile Inc. Analyst Notes 

On April 10, 2014, NetQin Mobile Inc. (NQ Mobile) reported its unaudited Q4 2013 and FY 2013 financial results. For the quarter, net revenues were $67.9 million, up 126% YoY. Net loss attributable to NQ Mobile was $5.2 million, compared with net profit attributable to NQ Mobile of $4.9 million in Q4 2012. Fully diluted loss per ADS was $0.09 compared with fully diluted profit per ADS of $0.09 in Q4 2012. For FY 2013, net revenues totaled $196.7 million, up 114.4% YoY. Net loss attributable to NQ Mobile was $2.8 million, compared with net income attributable to NQ Mobile of $9.4 million in FY 2012. Fully diluted loss per ADS was $0.05 compared with fully diluted earnings per ADS of $0.18 in FY 2012. The Company expects Q1 2014 and FY 2014 net revenues to be within $75 million to $76 million; and between $320 million to $325 million respectively.
