Yochem joined Rent-A-Center as CIO and SVP in May after building an impressive track record of using technology to foster innovation and create competitive advantage. Prior to joining Rent-A-Center, she served as chief information officer at logistics specialist BDP International where she successfully transformed the company's technology unit to provide deeper customer value and expand their digital products line. Yochem has also held leadership positions with AstraZeneca, Dell, Bank of America, and SunTrust, and has served as an Independent Director on the board of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh.
