The financing will support two distinct Delos growth initiatives: scaling its WellCube and Sense+ wellness sensors and building-intelligence platform across commercial real estate portfolios, and expanding the Vitacorps military housing program operated through Delos' joint venture with Corvias.

Commercial Real Estate: WellCube and Sense+

Delos' commercial offering centers on WellCube and Sense+, a network of sensors and analytics that continuously measures indoor conditions, including air quality, humidity, thermal comfort, lighting and occupancy. The platform can integrate with building management systems to give owners and operators real-time insight into how their spaces are performing and help them improve workplace conditions, building operations and the utilization of occupied space. This technology extends Delos' leading position in evidenced-based indoor health into ongoing environmental monitoring and building intelligence. It is designed for deployment across large commercial real estate portfolios, allowing institutional owners and employers to identify problems earlier, validate improvements and manage indoor environments using consistent, portfolio-wide data.

Military Housing: Vitacorps

Through Vitacorps, a strategic joint venture with Corvias, a leading private military housing provider, Delos has deployed indoor health solutions to more than 4,500 U.S. military homes. The Vitacorps program combines air and water quality improvements, humidity-control technologies, lighting optimization, and third-party validation to improve living conditions for service members and their families. The financing will support continued expansion across Corvias' private military housing portfolio and Delos' efforts to address indoor environmental challenges in U.S. military barracks. The U.S. Government Accountability Office has found that substandard housing conditions can undermine quality of life and readiness for service members.
