Rokt Announces Secondary Transaction, Increasing Valuation to US$2.4 Billion

NEW YORK, Dec. 5, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Rokt, the leading ecommerce technology company using machine learning to make transactions more relevant to each shopper, today announced that a secondary transaction led by Square Peg and Wellington Management has increased Rokt's valuation to US$2.4 billion, less than 12 months since the company raised US$325 million in its Series E fundraising round.
