(NYSE:ROL) ("Rollins" or the "Company"), a premier global consumer and commercial services company, today announced that Fitch Ratings ("Fitch") and S&P Global Ratings ("S&P") have issued inaugural investment grade credit ratings for the Company.

Fitch has assigned a Long-Term Issuer Default Rating of BBB+ to the Company with a Stable outlook, while S&P has assigned an Issuer Rating of BBB to the Company with a Stable outlook.
