This competition has once again captivated the hearts minds of young designers across the world and has had an all time record entry.  The top design talent of tomorrow has been battling it out for the title of bathroom innovator of the year and of course the 5,000 euro prize money.

This unprecedented level of participation consolidates Jump the Gap's position as one of the leading international design competitions, and as such, a launch platform for young talent in the fields of product design and architecture.

This year's exceptional jury comprises leading personalities and key names from the fields of architecture and design and includes Ron Arad, designer and architect, UK, Gilda Bojardi, editor in chief Interni magazine, Italy, Josep Congost, design manager Roca Innovation Lab, Spain, Javier Mariscal, designer, Spain and Marcel Wanders, designer, The Netherlands

Ron Arad will present the Award and Prize at the Roca's London Gallery, designed by Zaha Hadid, and inspired by the concept of elemental water in all its forms, transforming what was once an ordinary space into a truly exciting new dimension in interiors.  The Roca London Gallery will become the focus for a wide range of activities, the criteria being a celebration of design in keeping with the Roca brand values and therefore the perfect place to present the Jump the Gap award.
