The Energy Call Center, handles hundreds of calls a day related to proactively monitoring thousands of sites using FSG's Enterprise Energy Management system for national accounts. Incoming calls are answered by system and mechanical experts that troubleshoot problems for clients and/or field technicians across North America and Puerto Rico.
The Call Center has doubled in size this year and with the anticipated demand of new clients, will double again in 2013.
