Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida, Incline Marketing delivers comprehensive owned and earned media solutions for home service providers, including companies in roofing, pest control, pool services, HVAC, and related industries. The agency's capabilities include local and national SEO, website development, CRM platform operations, customer call centers, Large Language Model Optimization (LLMO), and Google Local Services Ads (LSAs).
