Roscoe's House of Chicken N' Waffles Assisting Families During COVID-19 Pandemic With Its Community Hunger Campaign

Roscoe's House of Chicken N' Waffles, partnering with Roscoe's Community Foundation (RCF), has developed The Community Hunger Campaign to help feed SoCal residents during this time of need. Support Roscoe's Community Foundation's efforts to feed community residents by purchasing a Care Box or a gift card today. One hundred percent of the proceeds from each purchase will be donated to individuals and families hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.

LOS ANGELES, May 5, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- As people around the world navigate these uncertain times with unprecedented unemployment, economic downturn, and loss of life due to COVID-19, it is essential that people unite and help families, veterans, elderly, disabled and the homeless. In response to the recent pandemic, Roscoe's Community Foundation has secured contributions from across this country to assist in feeding families and households in Los Angeles and Orange counties who have been affected financially by this crisis.

Additionally, the entire Roscoe's family is asking its supporters to purchase Care Boxes (including both breakfast and dinner items) for families and those individuals who are in need. For each Care Box purchase, Roscoe's will deliver a meal to a senior and/or veteran that resides in the local area. Americans across the country can also support RCF by purchasing a $25 gift card, which will buy two meals for a deserving individual or family.

The goal is to raise $250,000, which will provide approximately 25,000 meals to residents of Southern California. The nonprofit affiliate of Roscoe's House of Chicken N' Waffles, Roscoe's Community Foundation (RCF), is proud to join in the fight against hunger and food insecurity throughout Southern California.
