ROSS awarded management of Bridle Creek Apartments

BETHESDA, Md., Feb. 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- ROSS Companies, a leader in multifamily property management, acquisition and renovation in the Mid-Atlantic region, today announced that it has assumed property management of Bridle Creek Apartments on behalf of a Private Equity Firm from New York City. The 132-unit Bridle Creek is located in beautiful Virginia Beach, VA.

ROSS will implement a more consumer-friendly operational strategy and revamp the community's digital marketing efforts to better position Bridle Creek to meet the demand for reasonably priced housing in Virginia Beach.
