ROSS Management Services Names Dawn Miller Vice President of Marketing

BETHESDA, Md., Dec. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ROSS Management Services, a leader in multifamily property management in the Mid-Atlantic region, today announced the hiring of Dawn Miller as vice president of marketing. Miller comes to ROSS from Lerner Corp. and brings more than 30 years of property management marketing experience.

Miller served as director of marketing for Lerner Corp.'s Residential Division, where she oversaw the development of fully customized websites for 16 apartment communities, launched a companywide SEO/SEM strategy, and implemented a comprehensive social media and reputation management program.

Before joining Lerner Corp., Dawn was vice president of marketing for Westminster Management (a division of New York-based Kushner Cos.) as well as director of marketing for several other D.C-based apartment companies, such as The Donaldson Group, Dreyfuss Management and Grady Management. She also held various marketing and human resource positions for AIMCO for eight years.

Miller joins ROSS at a time when the company is expanding its geographic reach. Until recently, the company had focused exclusively on the Washington, D.C., metropolitan area. In 2015, ROSS opened an office in Richmond, Va., where it now manages nine communities totaling more than 1,300 apartment homes. The company also has expanded into North and South Carolina, where it manages approximately 1,100 units and 315 units, respectively.

Miller is a member of the Property Management Association (PMA), the Apartment Office Building Association (AOBA), the Maryland Multi Housing Association (MMHA) and the National Apartment Association (NAA). She served on the Virginia Tech Property Management Advisory Board from 2007 to 2008.
