ROTTEN TOMATOES ANNOUNCES WEEKLY FILM AND TELEVISION DEBATE SHOW "ROTTEN TOMATOES SEE IT/SKIP IT" ON FACEBOOK'S WATCH
New series to provide a fresh, new platform for fan and critic discussion and debate on the latest movies and TV shows, revealing a Tomatometer score in each episode
LOS ANGELES, Oct. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Rotten Tomatoes, entertainment fans' go-to destination for movie and TV show reviews and information, announced today the upcoming launch of its weekly show, "Rotten Tomatoes See It/Skip It," dedicated to movie and TV show debate and discussion. Premiering November 1, 2017 on the new Watch platform on Facebook, the show is designed to help fans decide what to watch in theaters and at home, and tap into current pop culture conversations within the Facebook community. New episodes will launch every Thursday at 12:01AM ET and can be viewed on Facebook's Watch on mobile, desktop and Facebook's TV apps.
Each week hosts Jacqueline Coley (Tomatometer-approved film critic for the popular site Black Girl Nerds) and Segun Oduolowu (pop culture commentator and enthusiast) will get the conversation going by sharing their honest and ardent opinions on some of the hottest and most talked about films and TV shows, from both a critic and fan point of view. They'll share interesting news, initiate passionate discussions, and reach out to Facebook viewers for their thoughts and reactions. Rounding out each episode, Coley and Oduolowu will reveal a Tomatometer Score for a film or TV show, adding yet another layer of engagement.
