Roundhill Ball Metaverse ETF Reduces Management Fee

NEW YORK, Feb. 7, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Roundhill Investments today announced that effective February 4, 2022, the management fee paid by the Roundhill Ball Metaverse ETF (the "Fund") to Roundhill Investments has been reduced from 0.75% to 0.59% of the Fund's average daily net assets.

No action is required by current shareholders of the Fund as a result of this change. The Fund will continue to offer investors exposure to the Metaverse by seeking to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Ball Metaverse Index.
