Rowbotham International joins Crowe Horwath LLP
Global firm expands international tax practice
CHICAGO, Sept. 21, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Crowe Horwath LLP (Crowe) has reached an agreement with Rowbotham International (Rowbotham) to welcome its people and incorporate its operations into Crowe on Oct. 30, 2017. Crowe is one of the largest public accounting, consulting and technology firms in the U.S. with additional offices in Canada, Cayman Islands, England, France and India.
Based in San Francisco, Rowbotham is a certified public accounting firm that provides a full range of domestic and international tax and audit compliance services, as well as advisory services. Its professionals include accountants, attorneys and consultants. The firm has deep industry experience in information technology, software, bio technology, real estate, distribution, hotel and leisure services, media, financial services and entertainment. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Established in 1991, Rowbotham has four partners and 20 professionals who will join Crowe. The firm's clients include startup companies, as well as domestic and international investment funds. Private clients include global families, executives and entrepreneurs.
