Maher joins r.Potential from Microsoft, where he served as a Partner and General Manager leading Marketplace FastTrack. Marketplace FastTrack is Microsoft's marketplace center of excellence, enabling software companies and services partners to bring cloud, AI and professional services offerings to Microsoft Marketplace, transact securely and reach customers at scale. In this role, he collaborated with teams across product, engineering, sales, marketing and customer success to accelerate adoption, advance marketplace capabilities and support the commercial models needed to go to market successfully.

A technology leader with extensive experience across banking, insurance, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, media and telecommunications, Maher has helped create market-shaping products while building and scaling large, mission-critical cloud solutions.
