RS Technologies Inc. Reports Third Quarter 2011 Results and Announces Howard Elliott Appointed President and CEO

RS is also pleased to announce the appointment of Howard Elliott as president and CEO of RS. Mr. Elliott takes over from Paul Giannelia, who has been the Company's president and CEO since June 2007. Mr. Giannelia will remain as a member of the board of directors of RS, serving in the capacity of vice chairman of the board, actively focused on key customers and strategic initiatives.

Mr. Elliott joined RS in May 2008 in the capacity of chief operations officer. Mr. Elliott has in excess of twenty years of experience in the development and production of advanced composite material products and has managed businesses in an executive capacity in the United States and Asia. His extensive experience in the optimization of complex manufacturing and business operations was acquired with industry leading global corporations head-quartered in the U.S.A., Japan and the EU. Prior to joining RS, Mr. Elliott served in a number of leadership positions with Park Electrochemical Corporation and was responsible for leading business units that manufacture advanced composite material products for electronic and aerospace applications. In his time at RS, Mr. Elliott has led the Company's operations and technical functions to significantly improve manufacturing processes, yields, costs and product performance.
