RS2 Healthcare Partners Completes Investment in KMM Group; Appoints J. Mark King as CEO

BOSTON and HATBORO, Pa., Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- RS2 Healthcare Partners, a Boston-based private equity firm, announced today the completion of an investment in KMM Group ("KMM" or the "Company"). Headquartered in Hatboro, Pennsylvania, KMM is a vertically integrated precision contract manufacturer specializing in complex, tight-tolerance components for the medical device industry and other highly demanding markets.

In conjunction with the investment, RS2 announced the appointment of J. Mark King as President and Chief Executive Officer of KMM. Mr. King is an industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in the medical device industry. Previously, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Tegra Medical, a leading medical device contract manufacturer and former portfolio company of RS2 Healthcare Partners.
