NEW YORK, Aug. 2 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- RTG Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB: RTGV) today announced an update on the company's operations.
Reggie James, SVP Marketing Communications said, "Following the recent acquisition of Brand Entertain, the operational aspects of the company enter an exciting new era of interoperable skills, new partnerships and discussions with leading brands. Together we are building an array of platforms as outlined in our letter to shareholders released in late June 2012."
James went on to say, "Due to the confidential nature of the negotiations we are unable to share specific information openly without the threat that it may be commercially damaging to potential partners, as stated in mutual non-disclosure agreements."
Confirming previous communication with shareholders, RTG Ventures has announced that it has concluded its relationship with the lenders who provided capital through convertible debt from Sept 2010 -July 2011. As stated to shareholders earlier this year, the Company intended to pay the residual note outstanding in cash and allow no further conversion to equity. That action has taken place. The outstanding debt note has been paid in full and in cash. The fact that the note was paid in full will be stated in the Company's next SEC filing and reflected in its audited financials for the fiscal year ending August 31 2012. The Company continues to execute its Business Plan with its acquired partner, Brand Entertain.
