Rubenstein Public Relations Announces Moon River Studios As New Client Win

NEW YORK, June 17, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Rubenstein Public Relations (RPR) announced that the firm has been named the official agency of record for Moon River Studios, a global film production and distribution company.

"Moon River Studios is developing what will serve to be one of the central hubs for the film industry," said Richard Rubenstein, President of Rubenstein Public Relations. "We are thrilled to be a part of this exciting endeavor and look forward to initiating an integrative program on their behalf fueled by high-impact exposure."

Moon River Studios, a division of FONU2, Inc. (OTCQB: FONU), is currently developing a 1,560 acre full service production complex in Effingham, Georgia. When complete, it will be the largest film studio in America. Channeling the mega-studio glory days of MGM during the 1930's and 1940's, these state of the art facilities will include sound stages, production and post-production offices, editing suites, warehouses, mills and set fabrication facilities as well as the largest equipment rental inventory available in the region.

Georgia is currently ranked first in growth nationwide for film production, ahead of both California and New York. This is partially due to a 30% tax credit offered for projects produced in-state. Seeking to rethink the filmmaking business model, Moon River Studios is at the forefront of a new wave of cost-effective, high-volume film production.

As Moon River Studios continues to forge its path as a film industry disruptor and with several high-profile releases and confirmed partnerships, Rubenstein Public Relations will generate high-impact media exposure to highlight the facility's areas of distinction, facilitate the studio complex launch and drive media strategy surrounding Moon River Studios events, announcements and developments. In addition, RPR will arrange for journalists to experience for themselves the exciting marketplace of television and filmmaking in Georgia, an endeavor that created $5.1 Billion in economic impact in 2014, according to Georgia.org.

"As we anticipate a number of milestones in the near future, we are pleased to partner with a firm as highly regarded as Rubenstein Public Relations," stated Jake Shapiro, Chairman of the Board of FONU2. "We believe designing and building a studio project of this size requires a public relations arm that mirrors the caliber of our team. We are confident that we have found the necessary partner in Rubenstein Public Relations."
