Rubin Rudman Adds Laura Kirshenbaum as a Partner in Labor & Employment Group

BOSTON, Oct. 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Rubin Rudman is pleased to announce that Laura Kirshenbaum has joined the firm as a partner in its Labor and Employment practice group, where she will continue to focus her practice on complex litigation. Prior to joining Rubin Rudman, Kirshenbaum was a partner at Rose Law Partners, where she led the firm's Employment Law Practice.

Kirshenbaum regularly represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before administrative agencies and arbitration panels. She has extensive experience in employment litigation, higher education litigation, business and commercial disputes, legal malpractice defense, and government investigations. She also helps clients manage their litigation risk and advises clients on employment matters to ensure compliance with state and federal laws. Before going into private practice, she served as a supervising Assistant District Attorney in the Middlesex District Attorney's Office, focusing her work on appellate matters and complex Superior Court prosecutions.

She is co-chair of the Boston Bar Association's Solo and Small Firm Steering Committee, a member of the Alumni Executive Committee at Boston University School of Law, a member of the Women's Leadership Initiative Class of 2023, and a participant in the College of Labor and Employment Attorneys Class of 2023-2025 Mentorship Program. She received her J.D. from Boston University School of Law and her B.A. from McGill University.
