R3 research is a widely recognized industry benchmark, and in the latest report revealed that between 2015 and 2017, Ruder Finn jumped from fourth to second place across China for client satisfaction – achieving record levels of awareness among clients for strong client service and media relations.

Ruder Finn was ranked by client-side marketers as the No. 1 communications firm in China across the categories of "Positive Contribution to Business Growth", "Social Buzz and Crisis Management", "Transparent Financial System and "Clear Project Management", including detailed project timelines, milestones, follow-ups and cost breakdowns for clients, per the R3 Worldwide study.

The latest R3 study revealed nearly 90% of Ruder Finn's China clients were satisfied with the communications consultancy's service and counsel. The R3 Worldwide China 2017 PR Scope Research polled marketers across Shanghai, Beijing and Guang Dong that are responsible for managing agency relationships.
