Ruder Finn Supports Rapid Global Growth with Hire of Global CFO

NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ruder Finn, Inc., a leading independent global communications agency, today announced that it has hired Peggy Walsh as its Global Chief Financial Officer. With 20 years of experience in business operations and finance, Peggy will oversee finance for Ruder Finn's 12 offices across the U.S., Asia and the U.K.

Walsh's hire comes in light of Ruder Finn's ongoing growth surge, with the agency growing 13 percent in 2013 and on target for 18 percent organic growth in 2014. All four of the agency's key focus areas – Health & Wellness, Corporate & Public Trust, Technology & Innovation, and Consumer Connections – are growing strongly, with significant wins in each. In particular, Ruder Finn has shown key growth in work around business transformations and employee engagement with several signature multi-million dollar projects with top-ranked clients in their industries. And the growth is global, with 86 percent of its current work with global multinationals
