Rug Doctor® Announces Continued Support of the ASPCA®

PLANO, Texas, Oct. 1, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- As part of a year-long commitment to support the fight against animal cruelty, Rug Doctor, the leading manufacturer of do-it-yourself deep cleaning rental machines and products, today announced its second round of coupons to directly benefit the ASPCA® (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals®), the first animal welfare organization in North America.

Through its "Rug Doctor to the Rescue" program (#RDToTheRescue), which launched in May, Rug Doctor has committed $100,000 to the ASPCA through the sale of its pet cleaning products.

From Oct. 1 through Dec. 31, 2013, Rug Doctor will donate $1 to the ASPCA for each redemption of specially marked coupons for Pet Formula Carpet Cleaner and Urine Eliminator™. The coupons offer consumers savings of $3 off the purchase of Pet Formula Cleaner and $2 off the purchase of Urine Eliminator. Both Rug Doctor products are specifically designed for pet owners to help remove pet odors and stains on carpet and upholstery.
