RV Retailer Announces the Graduation of the First General Manger Class from RV Retailer University
Industry-leading training program for general managers
FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Nov. 20, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- RV Retailer, LLC announced the graduation of its inaugural General Manager Program of RV Retailer University.
Jon Ferrando, Chief Executive Officer and President, stated, “We are excited to announce the completion of our first General Manager Program, which is part of our industry-leading development program that we launched in 2020 as RV Retailer University. We are committed to the development of future leaders as we continually expand our footprint of 35 stores in nine states across the nation. The GM Program challenges our current and future leaders with extensive training in leadership and all disciplines in the RV business from sales to customer service. We plan to significantly expand our RV Retailer University programs as a commitment to investing in the development and training of our people.”

RV Retailer University’s GM Program is a yearlong curriculum for current and future store general managers that covers all the major functions in a RV dealership. The class meets quarterly to interact with the leadership of RV Retailer and engage in face to face workshops. Outside of the classroom setting, the selected individuals are given projects and key learnings to apply in their work environment. This program is built to provide a bench of future leaders to take on the challenge of the continually expanding network of stores at the fastest growing RV dealership group in the U.S.
