WAYNE, Pa., Feb. 21, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Ryan & Maniskas, LLP announces that it has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on behalf of those who purchased shares of Montage Technology Group Limited ("Montage" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: MONT) during the period between September 26, 2013 and February 6, 2014, inclusive (the "Class Period").
If you purchased shares of Montage and would like to learn more about these claims or if you wish to discuss these matters and have any questions concerning this announcement or your rights, contact Richard A. Maniskas, Esquire toll-free at (877) 316-3218 or to sign up online, visit: www.rmclasslaw.com/cases/mont. You may also email Mr. Maniskas at [email protected].
Montage provides analog and mixed-signal semiconductor solutions. The Company specializes in analog and radio frequency solutions, digital signal processors and high speed interfaces. The complaint brings forth claims for violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and alleges that Montage issued materially false and misleading statements about its true financial condition by overstating revenue and earnings. On February 6, 2014, Gravity Research Group issued a report asserting, among others things, that Montage's largest distributor is a shell company used to fabricate the Company's financial results, and that the Company's largest customer is an undisclosed related party. The lawsuit claims that this adverse information caused the price of Montage securities to drop, damaging investors.
If you are a member of the class, you may, no later than April 8, 2014, request that the Court appoint you as lead plaintiff of the class. A lead plaintiff is a representative party that acts on behalf of other class members in directing the litigation. In order to be appointed lead plaintiff, the Court must determine that the class member's claim is typical of the claims of other class members, and that the class member will adequately represent the class. Under certain circumstances, one or more class members may together serve as "lead plaintiff." Your ability to share in any recovery is not, however, affected by the decision whether or not to serve as a lead plaintiff. You may retain Ryan & Maniskas, LLP or other counsel of your choice, to serve as your counsel in this action.
