DaSilva joins S2G from The Vistria Group, where she most recently served as Partner & Chief Talent Officer.

Mary DaSilva Bio:
Mary DaSilva is Chief People Officer at S2G Investments. Prior to joining S2G, Mary spent four years at The Vistria Group, where she was Partner and Chief Talent Officer overseeing internal talent for the multi-strategy private investment firm. For over a decade prior, Mary developed and led the human capital function for the Chicago-based private equity investment firm, Madison Dearborn Partners. Mary began her career in Deloitte's Chicago Office where she focused on clients in the financial services sector. Mary is a registered member of the Illinois Bar Association. Mary received a B.S. from DePaul University and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.

Kevin Vincent Bio:
Kevin Vincent is Chief Compliance Officer at S2G Investments. Kevin brings over 15 years of financial regulatory experience to his role. Prior to joining S2G, he spent over a decade at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, where he held various examiner and supervisory roles in the SEC's Division of Examinations. Before his time at the SEC, Kevin worked at the National Futures Association as a Field Supervisor and later served as Senior Regulatory Coordinator at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Kevin received a BA in Finance from Michigan State University.
