SAFILO GROUP AND TOMMY HILFIGER RENEW IN ADVANCE THEIR LICENSING AGREEMENT UNTIL 2030

(NYSE: PVH) - for the design, manufacturing and distribution of TOMMY HILFIGER branded sunglasses and optical eyewear collections until 31^st December 2030.
